PEOPLE LED DIGITAL CHANGE MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCY

Everyone’s focused on the tech…but who’s managing the change?

Digital implementations don't just fail at go-live. They fail in the months before, when the people who need to use them are left out of the conversation.

Our digital change management specialists fix that.

ABOUT ADVAITA

We focus on the side of the project that others often skip over...the people.

Advaita is a dedicated boutique digital change management consultancy - the only one of its kind in the region. We work with organisations operating across Australia & New Zealand who are navigating once-in-a-decade ERP and CRM implementations. We protect your investment by focusing on the part of the project most vendors overlook: their people.

We get in early, before resistance builds and workarounds begin. We sit with your teams, learn how they already work, understand their processes and workarounds (and spreadsheets!), so we can build adoption strategies from the inside out.

We are a dedicated team with decades of digital change management experience across healthcare, retail, government, industrial and manufacturing. We understand the hidden cost of your system implementation starts and ends with your people.

  • Role-based training design and delivery

  • User readiness and adoption measurement

  • Post go-live support structure design

  • Adoption metric frameworks and reporting

  • 90-day adoption monitoring and intervention

HOW WE WORK

Action not endless assessments.

We know you’re not change-ready. That’s why you’re here. We don’t waste time on unnecessary readiness statements and get straight to work.

01 / Early entry

Before mid-stream

We engage before the project is mid-stream. The earlier we understand the political and cultural landscape, the more effectively we can shape it.

02 / Inside -out design

Built from your current reality

Strategies and training built from how your teams actually work, not from vendor documentation or generic templates that need adapting on the fly.

03 / Resistance as signal

Listen first, action next

Resistance is data, not obstruction. We use it to refine the approach and surface problems before they become go-live crises.

04 / Test & Enable

Competent before go-live

People adopt what they understand and can practice. We run structured testing cycles and role-based enablement sessions so your teams arrive at launch with actual hands-on experience.

05 / Beyond Go-Live

Our success metrics are yours

Success is what you deem it to be - utilisation, sustained adoption or something else. We stay until the numbers confirm the change has landed.

Industries and sectors we partner with:

  • Simplified illustration of the Australian Parliament House with a purple background.

    Government & PPPs

Sensitive rollouts, competing departmental priorities, and legacy-system baggage. We navigate the challenges of complex and regulated systems change,

  • Icon of a shopping cart with a hand inside and three stars above, on a purple background.

    Retail & FMC

Multi-site rollouts, supply chain pressure and customer-facing staff who need system confidence from day one. We know there is no grace period at the counter.

  • Outline icon of a delivery truck with a package on top, set against a purple background.

    Logistics & Facilities

Distributed teams, time-pressured environments, and workforces with limited system exposure. We design for the reality of the depot, not the boardroom.

  • Outline drawing of a factory with smokestacks on a purple background.

    Industrial & Manufacturing

Shop-floor adoption, shift-worker training design, and multi-site rollouts in high-compliance environments where operational continuity is non-negotiable.

  • Line art icons representing electricity, fire, water faucet, electrical plug, and house, on a purple background.

    Utilities & Services

Regulatory complexity, union consultation and long-tenured workforces with deeply embedded ways of working. We plan for the reality of how long change might actually take.

  • White medical cross inside a white circle on a purple background.

    Healthcare & Not-for-Profit

Mission-driven organisations where budgets are scrutinised, staff are time-poor, and change fatigue is real. Maximum impact, minimum disruption to frontline work.

MEET THE TEAM

The mind behind Advaita.

Katy Swindley has spent more than two decades helping organisations survive the human side of change. She founded Advaita after watching too many expensive ERP and CRM rollouts stall at the finish line; not because the technology failed, but because the people weren't brought along for the ride.

Her background spans digital transformation across retail, health, government, and manufacturing. She has led digital change programs for D365, Oracle and SAP and brings the same ground-level practicality to every engagement regardless of sector or system.

Katy's approach is deliberate: get in early, work closely with the people who will actually use the system, and build the kind of adoption that holds after go-live. She treats resistance as information rather than obstruction, and she has a low tolerance for change management that lacks substance.

Katy started Advaita because she wanted to do the work properly. Based in Melbourne and often working from the West Coast and right across Asutralia, she is particularly drawn to organisations that have invested seriously in their technology and want to make sure that investment is realised.
